Register now for Cycle September

Cycle September is a month-long, fun and free, community and workplace challenge designed to get people to ride their bikes. Throughout the month, there are weekly and overall challenges for participants to compete, win prizes, and top the leaderboards. Pre-registration is open now - and pre-registering enters you in a drawing for a $100 gift card!

Here's all you need to know:

  1. University of Arkansas has a national title to defend!

  2. In the U of A College competition - ENGR is looking to upset ARSC, while the COHEP / WCOB jostle is going to be a real nail-biter.

  3. You have the entire number of September to take part.

  4. Be sure to log your rides in order to earn points and climb the leaderboard.

  5. You can log rides automatically by syncing your profile with Strava or MapMyRide --> visit your profile settings and follow the instructions.

  6. Points = Prizes —> Points are earned for every day you ride, every mile you log, and every person you encourage.

  7. While all rides count (fun, fitness, to work, to the store or just for 10 minutes around the park) the Office for Sustainibility will give special recognition to those that bike commute.

There are two ways to win prizes

  1. More points = more chances to win —> Log at least one ride to enter the prize draws. The more points you earn, the more entries you get and the greater your chances are of winning.

  2. Share the love —>  You also earn entries for every person you encourage to take part in Cycle September.

Looking for route ideas or group rides to join?
