State Senator Brad Pfaff and Representative Steve Doyle presented a Legislative citation in honor of the milestone
WEST SALEM, Wis. (WKBT) – A long-time La Crosse area business is marking more than century in our community.
Wisconsin state senator Brad Pfaff and Representative Steve Doyle presented a Legislative citation Wednesday commemorating Pischke Motors anniversary.
The company first opened in West Salem in 1920.
In 1991, they moved to their current location on Highway 16.
The president of Pischke Motors says making it past 100 years has a lot to do lessons that have been passed down from generation to generation.
“I think my grandfather kind of taught me that early on. It’s all about doing right by the customer, taking care of the customer and employees. And everything else takes care of itself,” said Pischke Motors president Rahn Pischke.
Pischke Motors expanded into downtown La Crosse in 2008.
