ALBANY — CDPHP Cycle!, the bike-sharing program run by the health insurance company and the region's transportation authority, resumes Monday morning.
The program is offered in Albany, Saratoga Springs, Schenectady and Troy. Users pay $5 an hour to rent bikes and must return them to any of the CDPHP Cycle bike racks around those communities.
