Li-Cycle Holdings Corp. said it has named Debbie Simpson as its finance chief, effective Feb. 1, 2022.
The company said Ms. Simpson previously served as the CFO of Maple Leaf Foods Inc.
Ms. Simpson would succeed Li-Cycle's current CFO, Bruce MacInnis, upon his previously indicated retirement. Mr. MacInnis would stay on to work with Ms. Simpson to ensure a smooth transition and succession.
